Installation and commissioning:
Before installation, you must read the instructions carefully, cutting off the relevant power supply and must be installed by a qualified technician.
The direction of the flow must be as same as the direction of the arrow on the valve body.
The valve body shall be located above the coil water tray to ensure that the dripping water falls into the water tray.
The valve body and driver must be installed in the vertical direction ± 60 ℃ range, the top should be at least 30mm space for disassembly.
With the surrounding piping and equipment, the building must be kept in sufficient maintenance space and must be installed in the maintenance personnel through the maintenance hole can be touched by the place.
The valve body is installed and the drive can be installed after the test pressure.
If the drive has been installed on the valve body, then the installation and commissioning process must not force the driver, otherwise it will damage the drive.
After installation and check correct, power debugging. At least three full operating cycles of the drive should be observed to ensure that all components are correct.
After passing the waterless test, and then pass the water test. The pressure difference between the system must be strictly controlled within 0.15MPa to ensure that the electric control valve on the effectiveness of the water switch.
